We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through skilled and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first approach during every interaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and service requests in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.




- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.

Requirements
