Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve customer challenges.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.
- Business Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to drive revenue growth.




- Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Analyze customer data and trends to provide insights for business improvement.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare reports on customer engagement, feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2-5 years in customer relationship management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to analyze customer data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
