Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver courses in alignment with the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.

Employ effective and innovative teaching methodologies tailored to diverse learning

needs.

Prepare students to achieve course outcomes and academic excellence.

Contribute to curriculum development and periodic revision.

Guide students in academic projects and ensure adherence to research protocols

and timelines.

Student Assessment & Feedback

Conduct assessments as per university/institutional regulations.

Provide timely, constructive, and individualized feedback to support student growth.

Student Mentorship

Mentor students by understanding their academic, personal, and professional needs.

Support students in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

Help students identify and leverage their strengths for holistic development.





Research & Publications

Undertake independent and/or collaborative research initiatives.

Present research work at conferences, seminars, and academic forums.

Publish in reputed, peer-reviewed journals.

Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.

Manage academic documentation including answer scripts and student record

books.

Participate in meetings and institutional activities as required.

Uphold discipline and contribute to a positive campus setting.

Submit reports and documentation as per institutional requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
