At Scalix Enterprise Solutions, we specialize in delivering high-impact ERP and web solutions to global markets. As we expand across the USA, EU, Australia, and other regions, we are looking for a driven Cold Calling Intern – Sales Development Representative to support our outbound sales efforts.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on initiating conversations with potential international clients, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for our senior sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in driving our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across international markets
- Initiate engaging and professional conversations to understand client needs
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Handle objections and navigate gatekeepers effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Continuously refine pitch strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements

- Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation and a confident voice
- Robust logical thinking and the ability to quickly understand business problems
- Comfortable working in off-hours aligned with international client time zones (USA, EU, Australia, etc.)
- Resilient, proactive, and open to feedback
- Prior exposure to sales or customer interaction is a plus (not mandatory)
