About the Role:
We need a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications for our U.S. client base, working closely with a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain features across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Express)
- Design and manage MongoDB/SQL database schemas
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code
- Collaborate with product/design teams via Slack, Jira, GitHub
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB (or similar stack)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and Agile workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valuable spoken English for daily standups with U.S. team
- Prior remote/offshore work experience a plus
