We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Developer + AI Analyst to help us build intelligent AI-powered products, automate business workflows, and create next-generation learning experiences for thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build intelligent AI assistants, chatbots, and AI agents for education and business operations.
- Design and optimize prompts for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar AI models.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases.
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party services into web and mobile applications.
- Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical applications.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend AI-driven solutions.
- Build AI-powered automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and academic teams to deliver innovative AI features.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model performance and user experience.

✅ Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, or similar LLMs
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience with LangChain,



LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, etc.)
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Preferred Skills
- AI Agent development
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- AI workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- OCR, Speech-to-Text, or Computer Vision
- React.js or Next.js (basic knowledge)
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms

Qualification

- B.Tech / M.Tech
- MCA / BCA
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT)
- Or any equivalent qualification with relevant AI experience
