Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our retail team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
- Support billing and checkout activities when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist in stock arrangement, inventory handling, and replenishment activities.




- Coordinate with team members for smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate / PUC / Higher Secondary Pass

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Retail sales or customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality.

Working Hours

Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
