Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform programs for US clients, with a strong focus on PIM, DAM, and CDP implementations and integrations.

You will act as:

- Program owner (delivery, financials, governance)
- Client-facing leader (Director/VP stakeholders)
- Delivery orchestrator across data, AI, and martech teams

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership – Data Platform Delivery

- Own delivery of PIM, DAM, and CDP programs across multiple workstreams
- Drive integration-heavy programs (APIs, middleware, data pipelines)
- Manage dependencies across data engineering, martech, and AI teams
- Ensure alignment between business use cases (commerce, marketing) and platform delivery

PIM / DAM / CDP Implementation Oversight

- Lead implementation and rollout of:
- PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica PIM, etc.)
- DAM (AEM Assets, Bynder, Cloudinary, etc.)
- CDP (Segment, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, etc.)
- Drive:
- Data modeling, taxonomy, and governance
- Product data onboarding and syndication workflows
- Asset lifecycle and metadata strategies
- Customer data unification and activation

AI-Enabled Delivery & Automation

- Integrate AI into delivery workflows:
- Automated reporting and status generation
- Risk prediction and dependency tracking
- Data enrichment (product/content/customer data)
- Partner with AI/ML teams on:
- Personalization and recommendation use cases
- Intelligent tagging and classification (DAM/PIM)
- Improve delivery efficiency using AI-assisted PM practices

Governance, Reporting & Financial Ownership

- Run SteerCos, QBRs, and executive governance forums
- Own:
- Budgeting, forecasting,

- SOW alignment and change management
- Maintain strong control over:
- Scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as primary interface for US-based stakeholders (Director/VP level)
- Translate business goals → technical delivery roadmap
- Manage escalations and drive decision-making
- Build long-term trusted relationships

Cross-functional Leadership

- Lead distributed teams across:
- Data Engineering
- Integration / Middleware
- Martech / Experience teams
- AI/ML teams
- Mentor PMs, BAs, and leads to build delivery discipline and maturity

Required Qualifications (Screening Critical)

- 10–15 years in IT / Digital Program Management
- 5+ years managing data platform or martech programs
- Proven experience in at least one of the following ecosystems:
- PIM
- DAM
- CDP
- Strong experience with:
- API-led integrations / ETL / data pipelines
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience managing US clients and offshore delivery models
- Strong ownership of:
- Financials (budget, margin, forecasting)
- Governance (RAID, reporting, SteerCo)

Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators)

- Experience across all three: PIM + DAM + CDP (highly preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML or data science workflows




- Experience in commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce)
- Certifications: PMP / Secure / Agile
- Prior experience in consulting or fast-scaling startup environment

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
