Seeking an individual with robust communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for Safety responsibilities. This role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance, overseeing infrastructure needs, collaborating with maintenance/Admin dept managing the documentation, monitoring etc, and facilitating events as per the requirements with Fire & Safety training qualified.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating collaboration with team members, external agencies and vendors.

Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail and error-spotting proficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting, and a working knowledge of Windows systems.

Familiarity with the compliance, including concerned govt departments Interactions.

Capability to develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes, analyzing key metrics for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducting First Aid, Fire safety & Training etc

2. Mock drills and Employee Health & Safety (EHS)

3. Ensuring all the staff EHS (Employee Health & Safety)

4. Emergency Evacuation

5. Environmental safety training, Heat & Cold





6. Issuing Permit to work, handling the vendors

7. Following SOP & Check list

8. Planning & executing the company related activities with submitting the reports.

9. Toolbox Talk & PPE, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment,

10. Material Storage, Manual Handling

11. Waste Management, Hazard Classification

12. Ergonomics, Slips etc, Near miss, Incident and Accident etc

13. Compliance to the dept, (Ambient air quality, DG stack Monitoring, Scrubber Monitoring, Scrubber wastewater analysis, Drinking/Bore water analysis, STP/ETP)

14. As per the requirement of branch visits & getting the training to all the staff members

13. Supporting for ISO team, Dept of Inspectorate Factories, Dept of Labour Dept of Fire & Safety, KSPCB, Bescom/Electrical Inspector, & Local bodies for the annual Inspection compliance reports submission.

RequirementsOHSC Certificate, Post/Advance Diploma in Idustrial Safety, Fire & Safety couse certificate,
