Urgently hiring AVP – Construction responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate or infrastructure projects. Having 10-15years+ Qualification Must Be -BE Civil
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage multiple large-scale construction projects from inception through planning, execution, and handover.
- Financial Oversight: Develop ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) pricing, oversee project budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost savings.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project managers, civil engineers, site incharges, and office staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential delays or structural/design issues early and deploy corrective measures.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, architects, local authorities, and clients.
- Must have 2 wheeler with licence.
- Should be located 10km in and around Vajrahalli off Kanakapura road.
