- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cinema staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor ticketing, concessions, ushering, and housekeeping operations.
- Allocate staff duties and manage shift schedules.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures for cinema operations.
- Monitor stock levels for concession items and report replenishment requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the cinema.
- Support promotional campaigns, special events, and movie launches.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation when required.
- Assist in achieving revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
