1. Transcribe medical information from doctor’s notes in to the software (medical database).
2. Retrieve medical data from the system on request from authorized personnel.
3. Report or correct any discrepancies evident in the source document or the database.
4. Attend telephone calls from doctors and patients requesting for report updates.
5. Maintaining accuracy of entered data by checking and rechecking source document or the database.
6. To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all the medical records (no information will be shared or discussed without prior permission of the Doctor and the Reporting Manager).
7. File and store office records as needed.
Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager and consultants.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
