We are hiring Freshers for the role of Accounts Associate (US Accounting). This is a great opportunity to start your career in international accounting and work with US-based clients using tools like QuickBooks and Xero.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
- Record transactions (sales, expenses, journal entries)
- Support Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Prepare basic financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com Pursuing /B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting & journal entries
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to QuickBooks / Xero
- Basic understanding of US Accounting

Work Details
- Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off :Alternate Saturday and Sunday
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
