Experience: Performance Marketing: 3+years (Preferred).

Role & responsibilities

Final Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.

✔ The candidate should possess a results-oriented and delivery-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives and campaign performance targets.

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and other digital platforms.

✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Lead Generation, and Conversion Optimization.

✔ Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM Integration, WhatsApp Automation, and Lead Nurturing Workflows.

✔ Manage campaign budgets and track key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.





✔ Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages for improved performance.

✔ Monitor and analyze campaign results using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.

✔ Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

✔Prepare and publish weekly performance reports, highlighting key campaign metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.

✔ Experience managing large advertising budgets and agency partners.

✔ EdTech and Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
