Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualizing, planning, executing and driving engagement across all our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Creative Thinker, Visualizer, Research, Ideation, Strategize based on outcomes.
- Prepare social media planner for various industries social media pages like Insurance, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Hotels, etc.
- Can develop, implement, track and optimize our social media marketing campaigns across all our owned digital channels.
- Work closely with Design team & get the art work done from them as per the project & client requirement.
- Community moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting further engagement, following up on issues,



and maintaining community standards. Conflict management and crisis management when necessary.
- Utilize platform-specific and third party social media tracking and analytics tools and provide reporting on key social media metrics.
- Track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drive better results
- Candidates should be social media crazy, deep thinker & visualizer. Can promote the brand through their handles.

Skills :

- Excellent English reading & writing skills is must
- Deep visualizer, thinker, positive attitude & robust work ethics
- Requires minimum supervision & can work under pressure.
- Should have sound knowledge of Hootsuite, SEMRush & Google Analytics
