1.Patient Coordinator

* Education: Passed 10+2 / HS

*Experience: 2–3 years experience in hospital/public health
* Salary: Rs.14,000/month
*No of post : 1

Knowlege in basic computer

2.Community Health Workers - Location-Bankra

Education: Minimum HS Pass; basic computer knowledge required

Experience: Worked at least 1-2 years as community health worker/ public heath coordinator.

Job responsibilities: Each community health worker will be responsible for approximately 300 households. Duties include collecting and updating household and patient records, facilitating medical assistance through health camps and RBCD initiatives, community oriented, comfortable with field work and basic data documentation.
* Salary: Rs.10,000/month
*No of post : 16





*Prior experience in area mapping / health survey process will be given preference.

3. Supervisor for Health Workers

Education: Passed 10+2 / HS

Job Responsibility: Supervision of Community Health Workers , report to immediate authority and documentation

Experience: 1-2 years as community leader/supervisor/ public health leader
* Salary: Rs.14,000/month
*No of post : 2

*Prior experience in area mapping / health survey process will be given preference
