Summary:
As a SAP Security professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide security solutions across SAP landscapes, including GRC, S/4HANA, BTP, IAG, IAS, and IPS. This role requires a robust blend of technical leadership, strategic thinking, and people management. The ideal candidate will oversee security architecture, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, drive best practices, mentor team members, and support resourcing needs across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable SAP Security solutions across GRC, S/4HANA, BTP, IAG, IAS, and IPS platforms.
- Define security design standards and oversee implementation to ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
- Lead access control strategy, including role design, SoD analysis, and user lifecycle management.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into SAP programs and transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Perform staffing and resource planning for SAP Security needs across global projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into secure technical solutions.
- Monitor and remediate security risks, ensuring proactive response to compliance gaps or vulnerabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks for cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with identity and access management within SAP environments.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to cloud security.
