„ Handle order issues, returns, exchanges, complaints, and escalations ensuring positive resolutions.

„ Provide accurate information on products/services and update customers on order/delivery status.

„ Maintain customer records, logs, and documentation of interactions.

„ Observe recurring issues and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

„ Support team meetings and discussions by contributing insights based on customer interactions and operations data.

„ Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, delivery partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and operations workflows.

„ Track and resolve operational issues related to deliveries, inventory, and service execution across both regions.





„ Prepare and maintain operational reports and assist with reporting of key operational metrics

„ Observe recurring issues and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

„ Maintain up-to-date operational documents, workflow checklists, SOPs, and customer service records.

„ Assist in preparing performance reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
