We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Incharge for the Ward department. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage ward nursing staff
- Ensure proper patient care and safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors and medical teams
- Monitor patient progress and maintain records
- Handle duty rosters and staff allocation
- Ensure infection control and hospital protocols are followed
- Manage emergency situations efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hospital experience
- Previous experience in ward supervision preferred
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Solid leadership and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
