Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical designs and specifications for LT/HT power cables and related products
- Develop cable constructions as per customer requirements, IS/IEC standards, and tender specifications
- Calculate conductor size, insulation thickness, armouring, sheath requirements, and electrical parameters.
- Prepare technical datasheets, drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product documentation
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for product feasibility and process optimization
- Support R&D; activities for current product development and design improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer specifications

Costing Responsibilities:





- Prepare accurate product costing based on raw material, labour, process, overhead, and packaging costs
- Analyze copper/aluminium, PVC, XLPE, and other material consumption for costing purposes
- Work closely with procurement and finance teams for updated material pricing
- Prepare commercial costing sheets for tenders, quotations, and customer enquiries
- Monitor cost fluctuations and suggest cost optimization strategies
- Maintain costing database and revise pricing as per market trends

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
