About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can develop compelling visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, branding expertise, and experience leading creative projects while collaborating with marketing, video, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create brochures, banners, presentations, infographics, posters, standees, and other branding assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create high-converting campaign creatives.
- Design landing page mockups, website graphics, and UI elements when required.
- Collaborate with video editors for thumbnails, motion graphics assets, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and AI-powered design tools.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and review their work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of qualified experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and Figma is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
