We are looking for experienced “Pharmaceutical Wholesale Staff” (Store Supervisor experience in Pharmacy / Counter sales /Retail pharmacy experience) who is responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ø Filing documents in computer.

Ø Handle day to day office activities.

Ø Answer phone calls and manage emails.

Ø Maintain and regularly audit the order book to raise indent as per requirement.

Ø Receive the physical stock and check the slips for batch no, quantity, expiry, etc.

Ø Auditing medicines,



tallying existing stock with computer data, stock taking of short-expiry, non-moving & expired medicines at regular intervals.

Ø Record all pharmacy transactions and keep registers up-to-date

Ø Strictly follow the operational manual for providing service

Ø Need to do partial Sales work

Desired Candidate Profile

Pleasing Personality

Sales & Marketing Experience required

Basic knowledge of computer

Should have minimum 2-3 years of work experience in any pharmacy store.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Local candidate are preferable

No need to apply without proper experience

Salary : Rs. 10,000/- to 15,000/-

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
