Maintain day to day movement details of all vehicles & machinery from site to site as per work schedule.
Preventve maitenance
Ensure periodic regular maintenance of all vehicles & Machinery to avoid breakdown and keep service records updated.
Breakdown management
if any vechicle/ machinery breaks down take immediate action to resolve the issue at the garage/ workshop. if outside support is needed call mechanic service engineer only after obtaining management approval.
Diesel Consumption monitoring
Calculate and record diesel consumption for all vehicles and machinery on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis. submit reports to manageement.
RTO Coordination
Liase with RTO officials time to time for registration fitness, permits, taxes and other statutory compliances.
Techinical knowledge:
Must have minimum working knowledge of driving and basis maintenance of vehicles and machinery.
