About the Role

Team One ARTEQ Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Interior, Architecture, Fit-Out, or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase order management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source interior, architectural, and construction materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain vendor relationships and procurement records.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely procurement.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing for the Interior, Architecture, Fit-Out, or Construction industry.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware, and construction products.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
