We're hiring an experienced Mastercam Programmer for our precision CNC/VMC machining facility serving aerospace and industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
- Read engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerances
- Select tooling and cutting parameters for effective, quality machining
- Simulate programs before shop floor deployment
- Troubleshoot programming/fixture issues with operators
- Reduce cycle times without compromising quality
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical or related field
- 2–3 years hands-on Mastercam experience (Mill/Turn preferred)
- Strong GD&T; and drawing interpretation skills
- Familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens controllers
- Aerospace/defense component experience a plus
