About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Head to lead our digital advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while collaborating with content, design, and sales teams.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with proven campaign success.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
