- Serve as the Consumer Business Transformation Leader, driving strategic SAP transformation initiatives for clients in the Consumer Goods and Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry.
- Define end-to-end business transformation roadmaps across Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional functions to design scalable, customer-centric, and business-driven SAP solutions.
- Provide strategic leadership during transformation and pre-sales engagements by leading business discovery, process assessments, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery across scope, quality, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.
- Design optimized Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain processes aligned with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Drive business process re-engineering, process standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across consumer business functions.
- Establish governance frameworks, transformation methodologies, implementation standards, and reusable solution accelerators for SAP-enabled engagements.
- Mentor program managers, solution architects, functional consultants, and delivery teams on SAP best practices, business transformation, and industry-leading methodologies.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, sales teams, and delivery organizations to ensure successful execution and long-term business value realization.




- Support business development by contributing to solution strategy, client presentations, proposals, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for SAP Consumer practice.

Key skills required

- 18+ years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise applications, or large-scale business transformation, with significant expertise in Consumer Goods and Food & Beverage (F&B;) industries.
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD); candidates with deep SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, migration, and business process optimization.
- Robust understanding of consumer business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Sales, Distribution, and Procurement.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs, business process re-engineering initiatives, and organizational change management.
- Expertise in designing scalable SAP-enabled business solutions that align with strategic business objectives and industry best practices.
- Experience working with Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage (mandatory), and Retail (preferred) organizations, with strong domain knowledge of industry-specific business processes.
- Proven experience in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful delivery of large transformation engagements.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution design, business workshops, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Ability to define transformation roadmaps, governance models, implementation methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks for SAP engagements.
- Strong leadership, consulting, communication, presentation, and client engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, sales, and delivery teams.
