Key Responsibilities

✔ Engage with prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
✔ Convert leads into successful sales opportunities through effective consultation and relationship management.
✔ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
✔ Prepare project estimates, quotations, and sales proposals.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Provide expert advice on design concepts, materials, finishes, and furniture solutions.
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
✔ Collaborate with design, production, and execution teams.
✔ Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Interior Design Sales,



Modular Furniture Sales, or Home Interior Sales.
Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus.
