Job Description: We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell FMCG products, including Nestlé brands such as Maggi, Coffee, Chocolates, and other products. The candidate will be responsible for developing retail market coverage, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, kirana stores, and supermarkets in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Nestlé FMCG products.
- Generate new business and increase product availability in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Update customer visits, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager for daily activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in retail/kirana market sales is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and computer operations.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
