Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and pain points, offering appropriate products and services to enhance their experience and achieve their goals.
- Drive recent business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients, expanding the existing client base through referrals and networking.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.




- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery and solution implementation.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our services and advise clients.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely follow-ups, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback to management.
