Marketing Analyst - GLSA (Onsite)

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Work Timings: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented GLSA Manager who is comfortable working with numbers, marketing data, reports, and operational insights. The ideal candidate should have experience handling business or marketing-related data and should be able to convert raw information into meaningful reports and actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with analytics, reporting, lead tracking, campaign performance data, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage marketing and operational data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and KPIs
- Work with CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Monitor data trends, patterns, and business insights
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights
- Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with numbers and datasets




- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of marketing metrics and business reporting
- Solid written and verbal English communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Operations, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards preferred
- Prior experience in marketing, analytics, or digital agencies is an advantage
