Role Description:

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will assist in managing our e-commerce operations across various platforms. From product listings to order management and performance analysis, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are effectively represented and achieving maximum visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Management:

- Assist in managing and updating product listings on Amazon, Noon, Snoonu,Talabat, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are optimized and accurate.

2. Order Fulfillment:

- Monitor and process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

-Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues.

3. Inventory Coordination:

- Track stock levels across all platforms and ensure timely replenishments.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and online listings.

4. Performance Monitoring:

- Analyze sales performance,



customer feedback, and platform metrics to identify areas for improvement.

-Generate regular reports on product performance and campaign results.

5. Customer Support: -

- Handle customer queries and concerns related to products, orders, and returns.

- Work with the team to resolve complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Marketing Assistance:

- Support in creating and managing promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers on platforms.

-Collaborate on strategies to boost product visibility and sales, including sponsored ads.

Qualifications:

- Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce,or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, or Talabat).

- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to details.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel

-VLOOKUP,HLOOKUP) and data analysis.

- Ability to work under deadlines.

- Enthusiastic about online sales and e-commerce operations.
