Your Mission

Help Bhadralok Club become one of the most trusted media & branding partner in Bengal by increasing revenue, expanding our client base, building meaningful relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Meet business owners, entrepreneurs, brands, startups, educational institutions, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, retail stores and local enterprises.
- Pitch our services including:
- PR & Media Coverage
- Branding
- Digital Marketing
- Content Creation
- Social Media Management
- Events
- Business Diaries
- Advertising
- Video Production
- Magazine Features
- Website Promotions
- Influencer Collaborations
- Build strategic partnerships with brands and organizations.
- Explore and propose new revenue streams for the company.
- Identify market opportunities before competitors.
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to execute client campaigns.
- Represent Bhadralok Club at networking events, exhibitions, launches and community gatherings.
- Stay updated with local business trends and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve monthly business growth targets.

MBA is not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirement

✅ Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Field travel will be a regular part of the role.
