- Candidates only from EPC background and electircal engineering
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for electrical/EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Plan and procure materials as per project schedules and timelines.
- Identify vendors, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate manufacturing clearances.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, execution, and finance teams.
- Follow up on GTPs, drawings, technical approvals, and client approvals.
- Coordinate vendor inspections, TPI inspections, and material dispatch.
- Monitor timely delivery of materials and update procurement status.
- Handle import documentation, LC, BOE, and customs clearance (where applicable).
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets, quality standards, and procurement policies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and support timely project execution.
