Key Responsibilities

- Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria
- Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.
- Maintaining robust relationships with existing suppliers and developing new vendor partnerships
- Creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials
- Tracking order status, expediting urgent requirements, and managing delivery exceptions
- Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Establishing quality standards and specifications for purchased goods and services
- Inventory and logistics management for the purchased items.
- Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors




- Provide reports on procurement expenditures and monitor cost savings

Required skills and qualifications

· BE(Any stream)/Bsc/Bcom

· 2 - 3 Yrs. Experience

· Two Wheeler mandatory

· Languages-English,Kannada,Hindi

· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

· Experience working with vendors & suppliers

· Strong negotiation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
