Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work completed.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve service-related targets and maintain accurate service records.
- Follow Maruti Suzuki service standards and dealership processes.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Experience with Maruti Suzuki dealership operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dealership management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
