Job Title: Civil Engineer – Project Manager (High-Rise Commercial Projects)

Salary: Up to ₹70,000/- per month

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager for high-rise commercial building projects in Silvassa.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise high-rise commercial construction projects.

Handle complete project execution from planning to handover.

Prepare project estimates and BOQs.

Manage client billing, contractor billing, and quantity verification.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.

Ensure material planning, cost control, and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.





3–9 years of experience in high-rise commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of project management, estimation, and billing.

Valuable communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
