Prama Instrument is a leading company based in Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key link between our organization and our clients, driving daily revenue by identifying new prospects and nurturing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Consultation: Assess customer needs, deliver product presentations, and explain how the company's solutions add value.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities, logging all prospect interactions accurately in CRM platforms.
- Account Management:



Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify recent business opportunities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing roles, business development, or related commercial environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: High resilience, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (often preferred but not always required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
