Role Summary

We are hiring a Lead Data Engineer to drive execution of data migration and transformation programs across enterprise systems.

This role combines:

- Hands-on data engineering
- Migration execution leadership
- Collaboration with architects and program teams

You will act as:

- Lead engineer for migration pipelines
- Execution owner across ETL and data transformation
- Key contributor to AI-enabled data workflows

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Migration Execution

- Build and manage:
- ETL/ELT pipelines
- Data ingestion and transformation workflows
- Execute data migration across:
- ERP systems
- Data platforms
- PIM/DAM/CDP ecosystems
- Ensure:
- Data consistency
- Data validation and reconciliation
- High-performance pipeline execution

Transformation & Data Quality

- Perform:




- Data profiling and cleansing
- Data mapping and transformation
- Implement frameworks for:
- Data validation and error handling
- Data quality monitoring

AI-Driven Engineering Practices

- Use AI tools to:
- Automate data transformation logic
- Detect anomalies in datasets
- Improve data quality and consistency
- Contribute to:
- AI-enabled automation frameworks
- Intelligent data enrichment pipelines

Platform & Integration Work

- Work with:
- APIs, middleware, and integration services
- Support migration into:
- Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with:
- Architects
- Program managers
- Data and AI teams
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure delivery quality

Required Qualifications (Screening Critical)

- 6 –10 years in data engineering/ETL/migration roles
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ETL/ELT tools (Informatica,Talend, dbt, Databricks, etc)
- SQL and data transformation
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in:
- Data migration projects
- Integration-heavy environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators)

- Experience with:




- Snowflake / Databricks / modern data platforms
- Exposure to:
- AI tools in data workflows
- Experience in:

o PIM/DAM/CDP ecosystems

- Prior experience in consulting environments

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
