Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Associates** to promote our products and services, generate business opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to travel for marketing activities.

### Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Promote the company's products and services through online and offline marketing.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

### Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.





Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.

Confidence in client interactions and public speaking.

Good interpersonal and networking skills.

Willingness to travel for marketing and promotional activities.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

### Eligibility

Any Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relations is an added advantage.
