A decade old training company offering training & IT services for Individuals and corporates, is looking to hire a Manager for its operations.

Salary no limit for the right candidate.

The person MUST have prior experience in Education industry and be willing to take complete P&L; responsibility for the location.

The Job Profile is as follows

- Fixed Salary + lucrative incentives
- P&L; responsibility
- Hire and build team and ensure good team management and retention
- Student servicing and operations
- Monitor batch occupancy for the center
- Coordinate with regional teams
- Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same
- Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
- Ensure revenue targets are met for the center
- To handle Institutional Sales function for the territory
- To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market




- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
- To network with Institutions and key decision makers
- To generate walk -ins within branch
- To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets , including top schools , colleges , tuition centres , other educational centres , associations , clubs , industry associations etc
- Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
