- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures at the site.
- Conduct inspections of civil works including concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.
- Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as ITPs, checklists, and reports.
- Monitor material quality and coordinate testing (cube tests, steel tests, etc.).
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for quality-related matters.
- Conduct internal audits and site quality reviews.
- Ensure proper execution as per IS codes and safety standards.
- Train and guide junior engineers and site staff on quality practices.
