We are one of Kerala's leading cosmetic hair transformation clinics, with over a decade of expertise in hair restoration and hair transplant services. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Meet with consultation clients, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable treatment plans.
- Support counselors and telecallers in converting enquiries into successful sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
- Train, motivate, and supervise branch employees to maintain high performance.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve monthly revenue and operational targets.
- Maintain discipline, service quality, and smooth branch operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and support sales team to close the sales effectively.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
