Responsibilities

Backend Executive

- Maintain and update customer records.
- Handle documentation and data entry.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and other office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks.
- Contact prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply.




- Any Degree / Plus Two / Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. English is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
