We are hiring Helpers – Panel Manufacturing for our Bangalore location. Freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in working in an electrical panel manufacturing environment are welcome to apply.

Job Title: Helper – Panel Manufacturing

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 4 - 6 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist electricians, fitters, and production staff in daily panel manufacturing activities.
- Support material handling, loading/unloading, and movement of components on the shop floor.
- Help in panel assembly, basic fabrication, and wiring support activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the work area.
- Assist in handling tools, equipment, and panel accessories as required.
- Support production teams for smooth and timely completion of work.

Required Skills:





- Willingness to work in a manufacturing and shop floor environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical or fabrication work is preferred.
- Physically fit and ready to handle shop floor activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Qualification:

- SSLC / PUC / ITI or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with panel manufacturing or factory experience will be an added advantage.
