Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and track resolution.
- Perform routine health checks, maintenance, and system monitoring.
- Maintain incident logs, reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Support.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
