We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Microservices, Agile/Scrum, and Technical Leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions while leading technical teams through architecture design, modernization initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native application design, integration patterns, and software development best practices. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and project managers to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture

- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application architecture, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and platforms to improve business capabilities.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability standards.

Microservices & Application Design

- Design and implement cloud-native microservices-based architectures.
- Define service decomposition, API contracts, and communication patterns.
- Establish best practices for RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging.
- Implement resilient, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
- Guide teams on containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.

Technical Leadership





- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Mentor software engineers, technical leads, and architects.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and code quality assessments.
- Drive engineering best practices, design standards, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Agile & Delivery

- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, architecture planning, and release management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

- Design integration solutions for enterprise applications using APIs, messaging, and middleware.
- Define security, authentication, and authorization strategies.
- Ensure interoperability between cloud, on-premises, and third-party systems.
- Optimize application performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Governance & Best Practices

- Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and design principles.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise governance requirements.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technology evaluations.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native engineering practices.
