We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic education counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths. The candidate should possess strong counseling, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in student admissions and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, educational programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career objectives to provide appropriate guidance.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and admission requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to achieve conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, student admissions,



academic advising, EdTech, or study abroad consulting.
- Proven experience in student counseling and admissions conversion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.66 per month
