About the Role

Sharnam Architects is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about residential and commercial interiors, possess strong design and technical skills, and be capable of managing projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and furniture layouts.
- Create detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and execution monitoring.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material specifications.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray/Lumion or other rendering software.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
