- Setting requirements for various suppliers incl. bulk material, equipment mfg., packaging, third party inspections, certifications, logistics, etc. and regularly monitoring their compliances.
- Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global quality standards
- Ensure the updates of documentation records at each stage of process across various functions at organisational level.
- Coordinating with team for mock-ups, product tests & trials as required by client at sites.
- Resolving the quality related complaints and issues in time to meet customer satisfaction.
- Implementing and encouraging stakeholders to work on continuous improvement methodologies.
- To ensure the requirements of QMS, BEP, DMS, IMS, etc. at organisational level thru audits and assessments practices.
- Willing to travel whenever required
- Should be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work independently and guide team
- Problem-solving skills are essential, computer savvy
- Creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
